Job Position: Financial Analyst
Duties:

- Perform detailed comparative reviews to inform strategic purchasing and pricing decisions, ensuring alignment with market trends and organizational objectives.
- Develop and manage budgets while conducting risk analysis to anticipate potential challenges and mitigate financial exposure.
Requirements: Bachelor in Business Administration or related. One year of full-time experience in financial analysis of real estate properties.
